All U.S. Shipping is free and arrives within 2 to 3 business days of the purchase date.  

All orders are tracked.  The tracking information is e-mailed to you at the time of shipment.  You will receive your tracking information from 1) and 2) (if you make your purchase through PayPal you will also receive a 3rd tracking confirmation from PayPal).  

The tracking number that is e-mailed to you is a clickable link.  All you have to do is click on it and you will be taken to the page that will show the latest tracking information for your package.  Please be mindful that a tracking number may take a full business day to begin reflecting location information.

How do I know that it is safe to place an order?

 We take security very seriously.  All credit card and personal information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the internet.  All information that you provide during the shipping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential.  We guarantee that every purchase you make will be 100% safe.  This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our store.  Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you responsible for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.  If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00.  In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.  

Return Policy 


How do I return an item for a refund or an exchange? 

You are responsible for returning the items to our fulfillment center.  There is no additional charge when we ship your exchange items to you.  All ORA-BAND orders (with the exception of limited time offers) come in 5 100 band packs.  Opened 100 band packages can not be returned.  A minimum of 3 unopened 100 band packages must be returned to receive a full refund for the 500 band Narrow Band and 500 band Wide Band packages.  A minimum of 2 unopened 100 band packages must be returned to receive a full refund for the 500 band Combo Pack.  A minimum of 7 unopened packages need to be returned for any 1,000 band order.  We are not able to fulfill exchange requests if the exchange item requested costs more than the item being returned.  Because we do not store our customers' credit card information on file, we are unable to charge your card for any difference in price.  We can only process exchanges for like quantities and items.  For example, if you want to return 500 Narrow Bands we can only process an exchange for 500 Narrow Bands.  


1. Securely pack your merchandise.  We are not responsible for items that are damaged while in transit to our fulfillment center.  

2.  Include a note with the following information: 

          Order Number - Refund or Exchange? 

          Reason for return 

          Exchange item(s) requested (if applicable) 

3. Ship the items to the returns address that is printed on your packing slip.  

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
